Cancellations
You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Once the shipment is dispatched, it can be returned but not cancelled.
On receiving an order cancellation request, we will refund your order amount within 3 business days from the day of return package collection, depending upon your mode of payment.
Refunds shall only be generated for online orders.
Cancellation Criteria
Your order can be cancelled under any of the following circumstances:
- Incorrect or incomplete information regarding the order address (street number, landmark, etc.)
- Incorrect product specification mentioned on airpath.in
- If the area falls under "non-serviceable zone" or "out of delivery area," as specified by our logistics courier partner
- In case of suspected fraudulent information
- In exceptional cases, if a product runs "out of stock" with the vendor, the product will be cancelled
Returns
Airpath is happy to serve customers and fulfill their requirements. If the customer receives any product that fulfills the below-mentioned criteria, they are eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery*:
- Product is used/altered/defective
- Physical/in-transit damage to the product
- Branded product received with the seal opened
- Empty packet or some items or accessories are missing
- Significant difference found on airpath.in compared to the product
*If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, it must be reported to us via email rma@airpath.in within 48 hours of delivery. Images/Videos of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures must be attached while raising the return request.
Customer is not eligible for return/exchange if:
- It's “No longer needed.”
- Customers tried to handle the industrial product and were unable to use it, leading to any tear/damage.
- Made-to-order products (on demand) will not be returned.
- Quality issues that were not reported in time.
Return Eligibility
- If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, the return request must be created within 48 hours of delivery via email to rma@airpath.in

- The products must be unused.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and the original manufacturer's box/packaging, as delivered to you.
- The invoice must be available.
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page (such as Electronics, Cartridges, Safety, Tyres, Electricals & Car-Care) cannot be returned.
Note: Airpath is always happy to help customers if they fail to understand the working of the product. Customers can contact Airpath customer care team either through email or phone. If a customer receives a defective product, Airpath will recommend the customer to connect with a brand-authorized service centre to troubleshoot the issue.
Returning a Product
There are 2 ways to return your order:
- The customer needs to send the product to us at the address provided by our customer care team at their own freight cost. No courier charges for sending the product will be reimbursed.
Once the product is sent, the customer needs to share the valid courier slip (if applicable) along with the following bank details at rma@airpath.in:
- Account number*******************
- Account holder's name (Same as registered with Airpath)
- IFSC Code
On receiving the product, our team will conduct a thorough quality check, which usually takes up to 2 days. If our quality inspection team finds any discrepancy, we will re-ship the product to the customer. In such a scenario, the customer will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment to receive the product. No courier charges for sending the product will be reimbursed.
Other Terms and Conditions
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page (such as ………………, ……………………., etc.) cannot be returned.
- Products purchased in flash deals will not be covered under the return policy.
- Products sold as a combo cannot be returned individually.
Note: In case of an incomplete/damaged order, customers have to share an unboxing video while initiating the return.
Refunds
Once the refund is approved, it will take 2-8 business days for you to receive the order amount based on your mode of payment.
